Abstract
This illustrated information board explains the ecological and agronomic benefits of field margins in simple terms for public outreach. It highlights their role in erosion control, water retention, and biodiversity, with visual examples of typical species and planting schemes. It also describes the five-step implementation process (planning, planting, maintenance, participation, and objectives), supported by real case maps from Heilbronn. This is a public-friendly communication tool used in exhibitions and educational events.
