This page presents Poland’s green infrastructure framework, including strategic integration into national spatial and environmental policies. It cites the small‑scale forest water retention projects (2007-2013) under State Forests as major examples of nature‑based flood and drought mitigation that also support biodiversity, ecosystem connectivity, and climate adaptation.
