Abstract
This Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment supports the spatial development plan (SΧΟΟΑΠ) for the Argithea Municipality in Karditsa. It analyzes the current environmental state—including hydrology, biodiversity, geology, land use—and proposes mitigation and monitoring measures to ensure sustainable development and compliance with national and EU environmental standards.
