Abstract
This ICR evaluates the Wetlands Restoration & Pollution Reduction Project funded by GEF (USD 7.5m), assessing design, implementation, outcomes, and lessons. It documents area restored (~4,035 ha), biodiversity gains (fish, birds), community engagement, governance effectiveness, nutrient-trapping role, and hydrological impact, rating project performance as satisfactory.
