Official management plan for the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. It sets legal basis, zoning, objectives, actions and monitoring, and synthesizes climate, hydrology, soils, vegetation, fauna, tourism, and threats. It regulates activities (fishing, reed harvesting, tourism), budgeting and review cycles for 2008–2012.
