Abstract
End-of-project lay report for LIFE17 NAT/BG/000558. Documents restoration of 3 earth dikes (5,800 m), 17,640 m of mini-dikes, 14,330 m of internal channels, and repair of the main sea sluice (2021). Reports >4× increase in water exchange, higher dissolved oxygen, lower chlorophyll-a; creation of 13 ha micro-wetlands; and successful Ruppia maritima restoration (>0.3 ha; new natural colony in 2024).
