Lists major works under Lagoon of LIFE (≈6 km large dikes, 17 km mini-dikes, 14 km channels, main sea sluice repair) and discusses challenges: sustaining the water regime, responsibilities between operator and state, need for hydromet station (planned 2023), and waste-tyre dumping.
