Abstract
Decision setting plot-specific Green Factor target levels: 0.9 residential; 0.8 services/offices; 0.7 retail; 0.5 industrial/logistics. Exceptions and reductions defined; single/two-family plots excluded. Applies from 1 Feb 2024. Purpose is to ensure sufficient greenery and NBS (incl. green roofs) to manage stormwater and enhance urban resilience.
