News piece announcing the start of works under LIFE IPORSEN at Senné: raising the west dike (~260 m), repairing five sections of the south dike, and cleaning/repairing the supply canal. Expected outcome is an improved water regime over >1,000 ha of wetlands; quotes from SOS/BirdLife explain timing (post-breeding) and anticipated ecological benefits.
