Archived official page reproducing key details of Government Regulation No. 292/2015 on establishing CHKO Brdy: adoption 12 Oct 2015, effect 1 Jan 2016, purpose and subjects of protection, zoning (I–IV), and selected protective conditions (e.g., consents for watercourse modifications, pond desilting, large events). For the case study, this provides the legal basis and management constraints that frame any restoration or species-driven changes (including beaver activity) within CHKO Brdy.
