Abstract
A technical guide to a pilot Payments for Ecosystem Services scheme at Kaikusha marsh. It diagnoses marsh degradation (dyking, pesticides, reed overgrowth), proposes balanced reed cutting and using biomass for pellets/briquettes to finance habitat maintenance, and sets a business framework with roles, technical tests and long-term commitments for entrepreneurs and the park.
