Short Description
This deliverable D6.3 Communication and Dissemination report and monitoring #1 is part of the InnWater project funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation program. It falls under Work Package 6 (WP6), which focuses on Impact Maximisation and specifically relates to Task 6.1, which focuses on building the InnWater Communication and Dissemination (C&D) ecosystem.
The primary objectives of WP6 are to communicate and disseminate InnWater progress, results, and outcomes, thus maximizing the impact of the project. The objective of this deliverable is to provide a comprehensive report on the communication and dissemination activities carried out during the first 18 months of the project, from March 2023 to August 2024.
The main information contained in this deliverable includes:
• the structure and organization of the C&D activities,
• internal communication activities, mainly focusing on the materials and support provided to partners to promote InnWater progress and results, and external activities, mainly referring to the channels and specific documents developed to reach out and engage with stakeholders,
• dissemination activities, focusing on reaching out to the pairs’ community and more expert targets,
• cross-cutting strategic layer activities, related to the work undertaken to liaise project activities with other initiatives and networks,
• the specific Key Performance Indicators set to globally monitor the project C&D activities.
The various communication channels and supports of the project, such as the website, the social media, the videos, articles but also webinars and workshops allow to engage with different targeted audiences, highlighting the importance of social innovation in water governance, in accordance with our Gender and Social Inclusion approach. This deliverable is interlinked with many actions of the project as C&D aims to support the promotion of all InnWater results and liaise with other initiatives and networks, such as the WaterGovernance2027 Synergy group.
